After a crazy night of racing, Isaiah Guest took the #11 Winged Champ kart to victory lane at Snydersville Raceway on Friday night! The win is the first for Isaiah and Guest Family Racing at Snydersville ever, and the first race victory for Crisci Engineering as a brand.
Established in 2013, CRISCI Engineering began as an engine builder of Briggs & Stratton Racing engines for competitive karting. As time goes on, the brand has expanded to all facets of kart racing, sponsorship, and general engineering projects. The sponsors could not be more proud of this team victory this weekend and for Isaiah Guest as he enters his journey this week to become a US Marine.
The kart was handling loosely in practice from the front end. The team made some big adjustments before the Heat race to try to right the handling of the kart, with the insight of Roger Guest (team owner) and David Crisci (crew member). The team was also pitted by TCR/Team Dino team mate Pat Hayes, along with the rest of Guest Family Racing.
By the Heat race, the #11 machine was on rails, and blew out the field on the way to a dominating victory. No adjustments were needed for the Feature, and Isaiah once again took a big lead. After an intense battle on the last lap, the checkered flag was awarded to Isaiah and the #11 team.
“I gotta say. My last race was definitely one for the books” said Isaiah. “ Thank you to two of my best friends David Crisci, Pat Hayes, and my girlfriend Juliette Kellstrom for coming last night... My last race and my last weekend before I ship off to boot camp couldn’t be any better! Thank you all for joining me for my last race!”
Keep posted for photos from the night to be uploaded soon!
Crisci Engineering could not be more proud to sponsor Isaiah, for his family and for all he is doing for his country. Thank you for a great night of racing, and so proud to bring home the W!
