The long off-season for TCR has finally come to an end. The team has been hard at work repairing damages from last season's finale at Lebanon Valley Speedway and preparing for the upcoming year. TCR will make it's 2016 season debut this Saturday at Oakland Valley Speedway. This will be the first race for TCR since OVS came under new management, so everyone is excited to see what changes are in store.
This will also be a special race because it will be the debut for the new CRISCI ENGINEERING Briggs & Stratton flathead motor at the team's home track of OVS. Although the engine has run in two races already, they were at Turkey Trot Raceway and Caroga Creek Raceway, both in the Northeast KOK Series. To get back to the track we call home and give us the full platform to see what our motor can do will be great.
As for the rest of the year, the team is running a limited schedule due to other commitments. The three races for this season are as follows:
Sat. August 6 - Oakland Valley Speedway, Cuddebackville NY
Sun. August 14 - Wall Stadium, Brick Twp NJ
Sunday August 21 - Poughkeepsie Raceway, Poughkeepsie NY
